Whiteout is committed to offering the easiest and most trustworthy snow removal experience in the Valley. Over the years we have had many questions regarding the fluctuation of snow removal invoices. This is due to the cyclical natural of our weather systems around here. Some months it snows a TON and other months it may remain dry. By offering a monthly rate, we are giving our clients the opportunity to better budget for their snow removal expenses each winter.
1) Normal snow blowing of driveway on storm days. A normal plow day is when 4” of new snow has accumulated as of 4am.
2) Clearing of driveway when successive “small” storms drop 1-3” of snow that eventually adds up to 4” or more of accumulation on driveway.
3) Berm clearing when town or county plow trucks push snow from roads onto driveways, creating a hazard for driving.
1) Clearing of snow when new snowfall accumulation is less than 4”.
2) Snow falling from roof onto driveway requiring machine removal of snow.
3) Repetitive revisiting to clear snow from areas where cars are parked. We are happy to come back by while we are still in our machines to clear snow from areas where cars were parked, but we cannot make successive special trips. Again, we are willing to be accommodating regarding this topic, but please move cars when at all possible.

No, we realize this is not for everyone. If you would like to stick to the traditional “per visit” method of billing, please select this option when you go to renew your contract.
The same metric applies to the monthly rate as the traditional “per visit” method of billing when it comes to when we run our snow removal route. We start our machines at 4am on storm days when there has been 4” or more of new snow accumulation.
The contract period will be from November 15th – April 15th of the following year.
Driveway snow clearing is based on the size and complexity of the driveway. We have broken driveways into small, medium, large, and extra-large size categories. The monthly rate for each is $200, $240, $280, $360, respectively. Please call Ben at (970) 787-0702 to discuss which size category your driveway falls into.
On the 15th of each month. The first invoice will be sent out November 15th and the last invoice will be sent out March 15th
We use QuickBooks to do all of our invoicing. We send them out on the 15th of each month via email. Payment is easily made via credit card, bank draft, or traditional check mailed to: PO Box 4068 Crested Butte, CO 81224.
